corporate restructuring
for your inner self.

I assist high-level performers master their inner game so their success on the inside matches their outside.

Some hard to swallow truth.

1. what you're doing isn't enough.

You're a high-level achiever. You've hit the benchmarks, run a tight ship, you've built a solid reputation and you make the big bucks. But something deep inside is screaming that it still isn't enough. The hard to swallow truth? It never will be. No matter how hard you work, how many benchmarks you hit, how satisfied the board or how big the bonus that itch will never get scratched by any level of success you achieve.

2. Eventually, something begins to crack.

The stress and overwhelm of that need to push harder, to get bigger, to achieve more begins to grow. Corporate retreats, a trip to the caymans or the one-off holiday just isn't enough. That weekend scotch or glass of wine turns into a nightly affair. It's hard to sleep without it. Your relationship and personal life begin to suffer. Neither of you are happy anymore and whether you realize it or not, a downward spiral has taken shape.

3. you need a better exit strategy.

No, I'm not giving you business advice and I'm not telling you how to run your company. But what I am going to tell you, is that the solution to your downward spiral isn't on the outside and it's not going to disappear on its own. As the spiral gets worst, so does your performance. Your patience grows thin. The sharp decision making that drove your success gets foggy.  Others take notice and before you know it, the prestige and corporate success you've worked so hard to achieve begins to fall apart.

I'm here to help you get it right.

After ten years of tech startups and corporate work, I had enough.

I decided that being tired, burnt out, and sixty-hour work weeks just wasn't how I wanted to spend my life. Sure, I was successful - I played a key role in a 330$ million acquisition - but not until I almost drove myself into the ground, and I don't want that to happen to you.

What do I do now?

Corporate Restructuring - For your inner self. You see, no matter how much success you achieve, no matter how often you hit your targets, if you don't tend to what's going on inside of you, if you don't properly manage your stress, overwhelm and pressure, that inner discomfort will turn to turmoil. It'll impact the way you think, the decisions you make and eventually, the success you can achieve.

I've seen it ruin marriages. I've seen it drive people to addiction. I've seen it result in burnout, depression and even worse.

The solution?

The answer isn't therapy, it's not counseling. Sure, that might help, but sometimes you need more than that. What you need is someone in your corner who understands how your mind works, why you feel what you feel and what to do about it. Someone who understands the spiral and who knows what it takes to get people out.

Now you're consciously aware of the downward spiral... so now what?

That's where I come in.

I'm not a life or executive coach. In fact, I fucking hate that word. At your level of success, you don't need someone to tell you what to do. I'm not a counselor or therapist either. Although it might come up, I don't spend time reminiscing about the psychological impacts your parent's shortcomings had on you as a child.

Then what am I?

I like to call myself a Breakthrough Specialist.  I've spent over a decade studying consciousness, human behavior, what drives success and what keeps people stuck. I'm a master at analyzing patterns, analyzing behavior, finding bugs in the system - what makes you tick in the ways you want, and the ways you don't. I understand why people do what they do and how to hack the mind so they stop doing it. I'm often referred to as the computer hacker turned people hacker.

Who do I work with?

In the last six years, I've worked with men and women in over 25 countries. Clients ranging from CEO's and business owners to lawyers, Wallstreet traders and hedge fund managers. I work with people who are driven, who are successful and who in some way, have missed the mark in their personal life, their corporate life or in the way they feel and want to get back on track to success in all areas of life.

The high performance playbook

The secret to the incredible results I see in my clients? The formula for a home run isn't about taking a swing with your eyes closed. My clients experience high-level results for a reason. I'm experienced. I'm methodological and calculated. I've developed a framework that works for everyone, regardless of what success you're after. My work with you is safe and private. I work with my clients in a 1-1 setting over video conferencing at a convenient schedule that works for you. I keep my client roster limited so that I can provide the highest level of service, and results, to you.

want to learn more or find out if I'm a right fit for you?

still wondering if you need these services?

You're nailing it at work, but missing the mark at home. Your relationship is failing, falling apart or non-existent. You may not have much of a relationship with your kids. Being at home is a burden and feels like more of a drag than being at work, and you want to spend as little time there as possible.
Your performance is slipping. Your patience has grown thin, you're short with your staff and your annoyance level is at an all-time high. The flow, ease, and excitement about what you do has mostly dwindled. Everyone around you seems to be becoming incompetent and some are even starting to bail ship.
The stress, pressure and overwhelm are starting to eat at you. It's hard to sleep and even harder to get out of bed. Your mind is non stop racing and you can't figure out how to get it to stop. Alcohol or other substance use might be helping, but you also recognize that it may have become a crutch.
Life just isn't fun anymore. Too many people to manage, too much to deal with. Yet, you have a reputation to uphold, staff, and maybe a board who relies on you. You're realizing the rat race is real and you feel stuck in the middle of it with absolutely no way out.
At some point in your journey, you lost you. You've allowed your inner critic to so closely tie who you are to what you do, you barely know who the real you even is anymore. You're not sure what makes you happy anymore or what you really want. You're seeking joy in things and places you likely shouldn't and if you could find a reset button, you'd likely consider hitting it.

if you've matched even just one of these indicators, you have likely begun your descent into the downward spiral. The longer you stay there, without help, the further down you'll likely go. The longer you wait to get help, the more it'll take to pull you out.
